I charge $500 for Substance Abuse Professional assessment for Department of Transportation violations. This will include your initial session and two follow-up sessions. Anything beyond 3 sessions will be additional. I request that you not bring children with you. I will consider our meetings very important and ask you to do the same. The standard meeting time is 50 minutes. As a client you have the following rights: To be entitled to respect and dignity in an environment that affords security and privacy.
