Where do I find a DOT-qualified SAP near me?

Before any carrier on this site can hire you, federal rules require one thing first: an evaluation by a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) (49 CFR Part 40). The SAP sets your return-to-duty plan, and only after their sign-off can an employer order your RTD test. Search by city, state or ZIP, or pick your state below — many SAPs also work virtually, wherever you are.

Are you a DOT-qualified SAP?

Every driver on this site needs your evaluation before any carrier will talk to them. A listing is free, permanent and unconditional; coverage lists you in every city you serve in your state for a flat price. How pricing works →

Email hello@sapdrivers.app with your name, credentials and state, and a person will set it up.

Listing here means a provider states they are qualified under 49 CFR Part 40. Always confirm credentials directly, and confirm your employer or FMCSA Clearinghouse accepts your chosen SAP before paying for an evaluation.
