2 DOT-qualified SAPs serving Indiana, with offices in Carmel/Indianapolis, Merrillville. Federal rules (49 CFR Part 40) require a SAP evaluation before the return-to-duty process can begin — your employer cannot order the RTD test until a SAP signs off. Many providers also evaluate virtually.
I can start with drivers within 24 hours of them contacting me. Drivers who only need education (not treatment) can complete the program as quickly as 48 hours. All assessments are done by FaceTime and email. Current cost is $275 professional fee (all inclusive) plus $25 for education course (paid to 3rd party provider).
